In an interview, GOP Senator Tim Scott claimed that if Trump colluded with Russia the world would already know.

This is a very good observation by Tim Scott. Leaks have been a major part of the Deep States constant attacks on President Trump and if they had intel that he colluded with Russia it is almost a certainty that it would be leaked.
