Lindsey Graham stated Thursday that it is very likely that Jeff Sessions is fired before the end of Trump’s first term but also stated it is likely not going to happen before the midterms.

This makes a ton of sense. The firing of Jeff Sessions would create an unneeded distraction during a time in which Republicans need to be locked in on keeping the House.
Graham while praising Sessions as honorable did say he feels the President deserves an Attorney General that he approves of.
