Poor Joe. He is really going above and beyond to make it seem like he is fit for the Presidency. However, he couldn’t even make it all the way.
Obviously this is partially a joke. Joe Biden is a real threat not because he can’t jog but because he can’t think. He is a real threat because foreign governments are going to walk all over the United States of America.
