After LaVar Ball disrespected President Trump and failed to thank him for getting his son released from a Chinese jail President Trump took to Twitter to let him know how he felt.
Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!

Now, I don’t love the tweet. It isn’t exactly the smartest thing to say “I should’ve left them in jail!”. This makes it seem the only reason he released them in the first place was that he wanted praise. Luckily for Trump, the Media will freak out over this and in the end, Donald Trump will win this battle.
