Video shows a group of NYPD rushing to save a black man’s life after he is shot by someone who is unknown at this time.
This man was shot in the head on 175 and St Nicholas Ave.
Officers rushed on to the scene to save his life, or as @BilldeBlasio would say “Police brutality”
Unfortunately they didn’t save him
