HERE WE GO AGAIN: Fulton County Audit Case Dismissed For “Lack Of Standing”

The courts have let election integrity down again.

This time in Fulton County.

The Fulton county election audit case was dismissed today due to “lack of standing.”

From AJC:

A judge dismissed a lawsuit Wednesday by election skeptics who sought to inspect absentee ballots from last year’s presidential election in Fulton County, a decision that came a day after Georgia election investigators told the court they were unable to find any counterfeit ballots.

Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing to sue, bringing the case to a close and keeping the county’s 147,000 original absentee ballots under seal.

According to the report Attorneys for RINO Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said no “pristine” ballots were found as the lawsuit alleged.

Attorneys for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told the judge on Tuesday that investigators haven’t uncovered any illegitimate absentee ballots after they examined batches that four Republicans had claimed contained counterfeits. Investigators didn’t find any indication of “pristine” ballots with perfectly filled-in ovals and no creases, as alleged in the lawsuit.

It is quite hard to make the argument Fulton County shouldn’t be looked into.
