We have known this for quite some time but it is finally being revealed. This puts the entire Russia Collusion investigation into further question. The key tenant of the Russia investigation was the idea that Russian disinformation impacted the campaign. It turns out that it was the FBI who was using Russian disinformation.
Without this Dossier, there is no Russia collusion investigation. That is the bottom line.
