The DOJ is moving to dimiss charges that the Mueller team brought against a supposed Russian troll farm.

Prosecutors say Concord/Russians were availing themselves of U.S. legal protections while refusing to comply with their own obligations.
Plus a “change in the balance of the government’s proof due to a classification determination” informed the decision.

“In short, Concord has demonstrated its intent to reap the benefits of the Court’s jurisdiction while positioning itself to evade any real obligations or responsibility.” pic.twitter.com/9IrFhG0h6c

Prosecutors are also seeking to submit a classified filing to the judge they say bolsters the decision to dismiss the defendants. pic.twitter.com/88FyziH7wP

Here is how prosecutors described the security reasons behind dropping the charges against the Russians — which point to concerns that they’re still actively pursuing similar efforts. pic.twitter.com/W7W3tGKtDX

LASTLY: Here’s how the government describes a “classification determination” that forced them to either present a “materially weaker” case or compromise national security information. pic.twitter.com/kX5Wlx3XbA

Mueller’s prosecutors signed onto this
p.s. a) to people claiming this is all Bill Barr’s doing: the motion to dismiss was signed by a prosecutor on Mueller team and another who worked closely w/ Mueller team. Are they compromised too? https://t.co/IXXHLEDEw6 pic.twitter.com/Ayf7J5m1e2

At the time this was announced by the Mainstream Press it was held up by a major win for the country and just a really huge deal.
For a snapshot in time, this was the NYT homepage after the Russian troll farm indictment back in February 2018. Russia, we were told, “is engaged in a virtual war against the United States.” pic.twitter.com/Z0xXCZoT9P

Another flashback to February 2018, when the Russian troll farm employees were indicted:

Techno Fog, a lawyer also gave a great explanation of what is happening.
Wow.
The DOJ moves to dismiss the charges against the Russian Company (Concord) who conducted the alleged “information warfare against the US”
The troll case will be dismissed w/ prejudice.
How embarrassing for Team Mueller. pic.twitter.com/wfZ78EWgKc

This case has been quite entertaining. Concord attorney Eric Dubelier has, at time, run circles around Special Counsel and DOJ lawyers.
Starting with his claim that the DOJ “indicted the proverbial ham sandwich.” pic.twitter.com/9zh5t8L29M

Because it’s quarantine time, here are Dubelier’s greatest hits in the Concord case.
In which Dubelier calls Special Counsel Jeannie Rhee a liar. pic.twitter.com/dJbkBmFw8c

Concord lawyer Dubelier returns the Concord summons to Special Counsel Rhee because it doesn’t comply with the Federal Rules.
Dubelier: I find it disturbing that “you are already behaving in a manner that is inconsistent with the practices of the DOJ” pic.twitter.com/4xHALDpqya

Sidebar: the Concord case was EXCEEDINGLY dangerous because the DOJ twisted the law to fit these defendants.
The alleged illegal activities: Concord interfered with the FEC’s ability to determine whether “statutes were violated.” pic.twitter.com/WXcrj0TlYU

Anyway, what was some of the illegal activity?

Concord lawyer Dubelier never let up.

I’m not sure if the Mainstream Press or the Mueller Team is more exposed by this. The Mainstream Media turned a complete nothingburger into a frontpage story. They gave credibility to a complete fraud. This also once again proves that the Mueller investigation was nothing more than a political fraud. The only reason they brought this indictment was to make it seem like they were actually doing something.
