Liberal Journalist Alan Dershowitz called for an investigation into the New York Times over there anti-Semitic cartoon they published.
The anti Semitic cartoon published by the @nytimes is a symptom of a deeper problem on the left. It’s acceptable to many on the left to employ anti Semitic tropes as long as they’re directed against Israel. Anti Zionism is becoming an acceptable cover for anti Semitism

The @nytimes owes its readers more than an apology. We are to entitled to an investigation and explanation: how did the anti Semitic cartoon get published? Who approved it? What steps are being taken to prevent a recurrence? https://t.co/BXfA1iLt30

Here is the cartoon:
Naked antisemitism such as in this image is not “an error of judgment.†We have to wonder if the @nytimes editors would’ve published a similar cartoon depicting any other country or people. pic.twitter.com/qSyVXqqLOW

This investigation is obviously not in the legal sense but just within the New York Times. Dershowitz is one hundred percent correct with what he is asking for here. How can a publication that holds itself up as the epitome of journalism directly target a Pro-Israel, Pro-Jew President with an anti-Semitic cartoon?
