According to  comprehensive study by the Genetic Literacy Project Elizabeth Warren very well might have less Native American than the average white American.
With respect to European Americans, the percentages are much more different than African Americans or Latinos, with European American genomes being 98.6 percent European, 0.19 percent African and 0.18 percent Native American. In general, the numbers seem to agree with what one would expect given the history of American colonization by Europeans and their interactions with African and Native Americans.
As we reported the DNA Test provided by Elizabeth Warren would put her likely in the range of being less than average.
CONFUSION: Boston Globe corrects lower limit on Warren ancestry — 1/512 to 1/1024. They have yet to correct the upper limit: a 6th-generation ancestor would make her 1/64 American Indian (1.6%), not 1/32 (3.125%).
