Joe Biden’s niece will have her day in court after she was busted on drugged-driving charges in Pennsylvania, with an arraignment set for Nov. 4 — one day after the presidential election.
Caroline Biden, 33, the daughter of Joe’s brother James Biden, was arrested in Lower Merion Township, Pa., in August 2019. The DUI case has been slowly moving through the courts.
The Nov. 4 arraignment ensures that the Biden bust will be kept in a deep freeze until after voters in the swing state and around the country go to polls.
“I find it unusual that it would be that far into the future,” Mike Gottlieb, a Norristown attorney with experience in DUI cases, told The Post.
Biden’s case was first brought before Magisterial District Judge Henry J. Schireson in September 2019, where she received a preliminary arraignment. She was released without posting bail.
Progress, however, was repeatedly delayed due to requests for continuances by her legal team. The courts then shut down completely between March and July during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
When Caroline Biden does face her next judge, it will be a friendly face in the form of Wendy Rothstein, a registered Democrat and partner at the law firm of Fox Rothschild. In recent years Rothstein has been an active Democratic donor, FEC records show.
This, of course, is being covered up by the Mainstream Press.
There are a few things to look at here.
The first is the difference in treatment between President Trump’s niece and Joe Biden’s niece. The Mainstream Press has no issue weaponizing President Trump’s niece who has a track record of lying about him. When it comes to Biden’s niece they are silent.
We also have to look at the fact that seemingly the judge and the jury will go easier on her. The judge is a Democrat donor and the jury pool will be picked out of a deep blue area.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s niece, Caroline, avoided jail time Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court in a sweetheart deal on a felony conviction for a $100,000 credit card scam.
Caroline, 31, offered an apology while promising her wild ways are behind her, as she accepted her sentence of two-years probation.
‘I not only acknowledge my conduct and take responsibility but deeply regret the harm caused,’ she told Justice Curtis Farber.
‘I can assure you that I have made amends, full restitution, completed community service and that nothing like this will ever happen again,’ Biden said, according to the New York Post.
Decked in a fitted black dress and ankle booties with her blonde locks flowing, Caroline happily had her felony conviction tossed.
As part of her deal she plead to a lesser charge of petit larceny.
It is truly amazing watching what the Mainstream Press is willing to cover up to help the Democrat party.
