Every pedophile, rapist and woman abuser just gave Joe Biden a standing ovation. Now, if you are convicted of a crime a man can simply say I am a woman and get put into a female prison. From there they will be able to continue their cycle of abuse.
The feminists should be up in arms about this but they are oddly very silent.
