According to TMZ Creepy Porn Lawyer also known as Michael Avenatii, was arrested for Domestic Abuse earlier today.
Michael Avenatti, who became famous for representing Stormy Daniels in her battle with President Trump, has been arrested for felony domestic violence … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after his estranged wife filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised.”
Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday, but there was a confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.Â
We’re told during Wednesday’s confrontation the woman ran out of the apartment building and was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, screaming on the phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me.”Â
We’re told security brought her inside the building and Michael showed up 5 minutes later, ran into the building, chasing after her. He screamed repeatedly, “She hit me first.” We’re told he angrily added, “This is bulls***, this is f***ing bulls***.”
A law enforcement source says on Tuesday, Avenatti “kicked her out of the apartment” and that’s presumably when the alleged domestic violence occurred. We’re told she went back to the apartment on Wednesday to retrieve her belongings and called police to stand by in case things got heated.Â
They’ve been married since 2011. He filed for divorce in 2017.
We’re told Avenatti is currently in custody.
This is likely to put a major damper on Michael Avenatti’s 2020 Presidental bid unless he is cleared of all charges. I wouldn’t hold your breath on the left dumping him entirely, however. Their enemy is Trump and they will side with anyone to take him down.
