An armed man from California was arrested on Wednesday near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home.
The suspect has not been identified but he is said to be in his 20s.
An armed California man was arrested near the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday, according to reports.
Fox News noted that the suspect was carrying a firearm and a knife and had made violent threats against the justice.
“The man’s name is being withheld at this time, but sources say he is in his 20s and was picked up on a nearby street. He did not get to the Kavanaugh home,†the report said.
Was upset over the Roe draft and recent mass shooting according to the Washington Post.
According to The Washington Post, he was apparently upset about the leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion that signals that the court is preparing to overturn Roe V Wade, which guarantees a person’s right to an abortion.
The man was also reportedly upset about recent mass shootings in the country.
The suspect is Nicholas John Roske of Simi Valley – he is 26-years-old.
