It is clear that President Trump is going to wait and see what the DOJ announces before announcing a pardon. President Trump has already helped get Stone’s sentence knocked down from seven to nine years and as we reported there is a chance of mistrial.

I actually think that this is a smart move from President Trump. There is no need for him to get involved if Roger Stone will get off without him. The real-time for Trump to pardon him was as soon as he was arrested. Everyone knew this was nonsense and the fact that he was bankrupted by these fake charges is the real crime here.
