Obviously, Americans are likely not holding their breath over this because of what happened last time.
The Supreme Court docketed the Texas Lawsuit as well and then dismissed it.
There is one piece of good news here though. The Supreme Court will be unable to use the same reasoning to dismiss this lawsuit.
