The Social Distancing tactic that is being used to tackle the Chinese Coronavirus was invented by a 14-year-old girl and initially mocked by John Hopkins.

It was widely mocked by the epidemiological community, including by Johns Hopkins, for “causing the potential for a ‘serious adverse outcome,’” thereby ensuring that “a manageable epidemic could move toward catastrophe.”
