We reported Wednesday on how the left is coming for Tucker Carlson. Included in a lawsuit against Ed Herny former Far-Left Guest Cathy Areu claimed that Tucker Carlson sexually harassed her.
They Are Coming For Tucker Carlson
Of course, the allegations seemed weak on its face. However, thanks to great research from journalist Amber Athey we now have even more evidence that the allegations are completely false.
Cathy Areu claims in lawsuit that the last time she appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show in 2018 was prior to Fox Christmas party in NYC. According to social media posts from multiple FNC staff, that party took place on Dec 10. Areu appeared on Carlson’s show on Dec 28 per Grabien

This is such an obvious and easy to uncover error that clearly the lawyers did not do any basic fact checking before filing this lawsuit.

The lawyer later admitted during a phone conversation with me that the dates were mixed up due to errors in Areu’s recollection and that the alleged incident did take place on November 30, 2018. The Spectator has learned that the Tucker Carlson Tonight Christmas party for the program’s small staff took place that evening in New York City. Carlson’s wife attended the party. This sits oddly with Areu’s claim that Carlson told her he would not be with his wife and children that evening.
