RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) officially has her first primary challenger.
Murkowski voted to impeach Trump during the Democrats’ sham impeachment trial.
Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) has her first Republican challenger in her 2022 reelection bid.
Alaska’s Commissioner of Administration Kelly Tshibaka announced Monday that she will mount a campaign to oust Murkowski, who has drawn the ire of former President Trump and his allies for voting to convict him in his second impeachment trial last month.
“I am running for the Senate to represent our conservative Alaska values,” Tshibaka tweeted. “We’re going to defeat Lisa Murkowski and show the DC insiders what happens when Alaska has strong conservative leadership!”

It is unclear if anyone else with challenge Murkowski.
Trump has been adamant he will back a primary challenge to Lisa Murkowski after she voted to impeach Trump:
Earlier in March, the Alaska Republican Party censured Murkowski and vowed to primary her.
The Alaska Republican Party has vowed to recruit a primary challenger against Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R), a month after she voted to convict former President Trump of inciting an insurrection at the United States Capitol.
In a vote Saturday, the state Republican Party passed a resolution censuring Murkowski for her vote, and for several previous votes she had cast that angered state Republicans.
“There’s a number of issues that the party has had with Sen. Murkowski for the last several years which really culminated in the conviction vote of former President Trump,” said Kris Warren, the author of the resolution and head of a local Republican Party group in Anchorage.
