Yesterday afternoon Donald Trump hit the links with Senator Rand Paul and Budget director Mick Mulvaney.
Paul had some very encouraging words for reporters after the game
“We had a great day with the president. Played some golf, and we talked and we talked about a little bit of health care,” Paul told reporters after the game. “I continue to be very optimistic that we are getting closer and closer to an agreement on repealing Obamacare.”
If Trump wishes to have a successful Obamacare repeal Rand Paul is going to need to be on his side. Some of Trumps largest backers such as Alex Jones, Matt Drudge, and Breitbart all speak highly of Paul.
Donald Trump would be wise to align himself with Rand Paul hopefully this is a sign of great things to come.
