According to OANN, Kim Jong-un caught the Chinese Coronavirus from a Chinese doctor who was flown in to help him with his heart valve surgery.

I am yet to see this report anywhere else. CNN was the first one to report about his illness but they did not mention the Chinese Coronavirus as what Kim Jong-un had.
