New York City subway shooter Frank James shot at least 10 people in a New York subway station on Tuesday.
He was arrested Wednesday morning.
He was on the FBI’s terror watch list in 2019.
James, 62, was taken into custody in Manhattan’s East Village neighborhood, law enforcement officials who weren’t authorized to discuss the investigation and spoke on condition of anonymity told The Associated Press. Law enforcement located James after police received a tip about his potential whereabouts, the official said.
