RINO Rep Liz Cheney is continuing to prove that she cares very little about representing her voters.
She spoke out on how friendly she is becoming with Democrats on the sham Jan 6th committee.
She said she has become especially close with Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin.
Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney considers herself a “big tent†Republican. And that even includes being friendly with Democrats, an old-school trait that has nearly disappeared in partisan Washington.
Last week, Cheney revealed that she has become close to a key Democrat on the committee investigating the Jan. 6 riots, Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin.
In a closed-door dinner with the centrist Ripon Society, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney recalled that she first met Raskin after they both were elected in 2016.
“One of the people who has become a very good friend of mine in the last several months is Jamie Raskin, congressman from Maryland,†Cheney said.â€We were elected the same year.â€
Jamie Raskin wrote a book accusing her father and President George Bush of stealing the 2000 election.
“He said, ‘Well, my most recent book is about how George Bush and Dick Cheney stole the election in 2000,’†Cheney said to laughs in the crowd, to which she responded, “I don’t really need that one. Give me one of the other ones.â€
I thought Liz Cheney was against questioning the results of elections?
