While Vice President Kamala Harris kicked off her “long weekend” Saturday, her absence from the U.S.-Mexico border continued to draw scrutiny from Republicans.
Saturday was the 67th day that Harris has neither visited U.S. communities along the southern border nor held a news conference about her border-related duties since late March, when President Biden appointed her manager of the administration’s response to the migrant crisis.
Biden’s Border Crisis is tragic for both Americans and migrants.
