On Fox and Friends, Judge Napolitano said that the passage of time since Brett Kavanaugh supposedly sexually assaulted Christine Ford would make law enforcement skeptical of her claim.

As the judge points out, however, it is unlikely to actually matter. People will choose to believe what they want about Kavanaugh regardless of facts.
