The importance of this amendment can’t be overstated. If the McConnell bill passes President Trump will lose in 2020 and millions of Americans who need assiantance won’t get it. According to the McConnell Bill those making under $40,000 a year will get no help from this. The $40,000 isn’t laid out in the bill but everyone I have talked to marks $40,000 as the basement number.
Hawley’s bill is great and it is the only bill that lines up with what President Trump wants. Make the change!
