According to images that have surfaced on Twitter, a group of protesters in support of George Floyd protected a police officer after he got separated from the rest of his officers.
This officer got separated from other officers and this group of protesters created a human shield to protect him.

This is a powerful photo. The rioting has been bad. There has been a lot of terrible things to come out of the death of George Floyd. However, this is one of those moments where we see something that should give Americans hope for the future. America needs to heal these wounds!
