Florida residents are planning a mask burning event on April 10th.
They say that the event has already been approved.
Floridians who oppose face mask mandates as a result of the coronavirus pandemic are attempting to organize a massive protest and mask burning event.
“You are invited to the Million Maskless March and Mask Burning, Saturday April 10, 2021 at 3pm at the Corner of A1A and Las Olas in Ft Lauderdale!†protest organizer Chris Nelson posted online recently, explaining that April 10 “marks one year of mask tyranny in Broward County and we will mark that date with a celebration of freedom!â€
Nelson says the protest has been approved by authorities and encouraged people to bring signs that contain phrases with large letters that say “MASKS ARE SLAVERY,†“NO MORE MASKS,†and “MASKS OFF CHILDREN.â€
