Sadly, Left wingers worldwide are falsely claiming that the US women’s team is not getting equal pay.
WATCH: Shortly after the U.S. Women’s National Team won the World Cup Sunday — the crowd began chanting for another victory: “Equal Pay.” All 28 players famously sued U.S. Soccer for equal pay to their male counterparts. https://t.co/QH07JWtsUQ pic.twitter.com/bcYonI8xOV

The Federalist Papers.org debunked this myth.
When the United States Women’s Team defeated Japan in the 2015 World Cup the entire tournament generated around $37 million in revenue and the players were paid 13 percent.
In the 2010 Men’s World Cup in South Africa the tournament generated around $4 billion in revenue and the men were paid 9 percent.
The most recent Men’s World Cup in Russia generated around $6 billion in revenue and the men got around 7 percent of that.
The Women’s World Cup in 2019 was expected to net around $131 million in revenue, a significant increase but not near what the men make.
The crazy part of this is that the men actually get paid less of a percentage than the women’s team. Of course, this won’t stop the leftwing virtue signalers from claiming that these women are somehow victims and that Fifa is sexist.
