Evan Todd, a columbine survivor who was also in attendance said that there were a lot of others there who were there to tell him “hell no” on taking guns.

Although Beto is polling low he has become a lightning rod for attacks from the right.
The Hell No phrase is mocking a Tweet from Beto when he said: “Hell Yes” we’re gonna take your AR-15.

You can tell from the video she did get some applause for what she was saying. However, you also heard the leftists mocking a mother of five for wanting to protect herself.
I expect that Beto will see a lot of this going forward. He has positioned himself as the most radical candidate on guns(although they are all radical) and he will be receiving a lot of pushback from the right.
