Great news.
An attempt from Dem Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-OH) to make 16-year-olds eligible to vote has been blocked.
Rep. @AyannaPressley: "My amendment gets to the heart of H.R. 1 and recognizes the contributions that young people continue to make to our democracy. By lowering the federal voting age from 18 to 16 years of age, my amendment would enfranchise young Americans." pic.twitter.com/83xaBB6NRD

The House on Wednesday rejected a measure to lower the nation’s voting age to 16.
Lawmakers voted 125-302 to reject an amendment proposed by Rep. Ayanna Pressley to lower the mandatory minimum voting age for federal elections. Voters must be 18 years old to vote in federal elections.
This is just another electoral power grab attempt by some in the Democrat Party.
