WaPo Admits They Won’t Have The Same Fact-Checking Program For Biden They Had For Trump

The Washington Post has admitted that they will not have the same fact-checking program while Joe Biden is President that they had under President Trump.

From The Daily Caller:

The Washington Post ended its false claims project for President Donald Trump on Wednesday and has no current “plans” to start a new database for President Joe Biden, the paper told the Daily Caller.

More:

Trump’s departure also equals an end to having a false claims project for the current president, as The Post said it does “not have plans to launch a Biden database at this time.” Trump’s database began a month after he became president, The Post’s director of communications Shani George told the Caller.

“The database of Trump claims was started a month after Trump became president as a way to not overwhelm our fact-checking enterprise, where the core mission is to explain complex policy issues,” George said. “While we do not have plans to launch a Biden database at this time, we will continue to dig into the accuracy of statements by political figures of all party affiliations.”

Here is the Editor/chief writer of Washington Post’s Fact Checker talking giving the final total of supposed lies and misleading statements under President Trump:

I’ll begin by talking about the supposed lies under President Trump.

They claim that President Trump told all of these lies. However, notice what they do.

By pairing together lies and misleading statements they can make this number a lot bigger than it really is.

President Trump has talked about this before. If he messes up one little thing they blow it up to be this huge lie.

At some point, we will go through the full list and realize that in fact, most of these fact-checks might are wrong on their own.

Earlier in President Trump’s term, we reported that 25% of WaPo’s list was wrong.

25% of WaPo 10k Trump lies claim are not actually lies

The Washington Post Fact-Checker was not unbiased. It took everything President Trump said and put it through a lens of liberal bias.

I’ll now move onto the fact they won’t be continuing this under Biden.

This is just another example of how biased this fact-checking operation was.

Biden is a liar. Not only is he a liar but he is a bigger one than President Trump.

I’m not going to get into numbers. What I mean by this is that I’m not going to count every lie Biden has ever told and compare it to President Trump. That is not needed.

All we have to do is look at the 2020 election. Both candidates obviously said some stuff that wasn’t true. However, it was Biden that told the actual corrupt lies.

He lied about his agenda. He lied about COVID. He lied about his son’s business dealings in China and around the world. These are just a few. These lies aren’t him simply misstating a number or mixing up a story. These are blatant lies.

The Washington Post continues to show Americans how much of a joke it is.
