According to NYT’s Maggie Haberman, he will talk about the future of the GOP as well as Biden’s immigration policies.
Trump is going to CPAC next week, which is being held in Orlando. He will speak Sunday afternoon. He’s expected, per a senior aide, to talk about the future of the GOP as well as Biden’s immigration policies.

We will start with Biden’s immigration policies.
They have been a complete disaster.
Biden has incentivized illegal immigration which has led to a surge at the border.
He ended Trump’s remain in Mexico policy so not Catch and Release is back in place.
He is proposing a massive amnesty.
These are just a few things. It is only going to get worse.
Now, we can move onto the GOP.
This section of the speech is going to be much needed.
After Trump left office the RINOs tried and steal the party from its voters.
That effort is failing. It is failing miserably.
Trump needs to keep his promise to GOP voters and take on the RINOs who have attempted to steal the party and give it back to its corporate donors.
