Biden was giving a speech on his “Build Back Better Agenda.”
During it, he wanted to let Americans know he was tired of “trickle-down” economics.
He then said, “trillionaires and billionaires are doing very, very well.”
(Biden made no mention of how Dem lockdowns helped the rich)
