A pair of Democratic congressmen are seen in photos sitting shirtless on camels during a trip to Qatar paid for by a special interest group.
Photos posted to Instagram on a now-removed account show Reps. Eric Swalwell of California and Ruben Gallego of Arizona, along with their wives, riding camels without masks in March…
To clarify, neither the Democrats nor their camels were wearing masks.
The photos, posted by Sydney Barron Gallego, then-fiancee to congressman Gallego, appear to have been taken during a trip funded by the U.S.-Qatar Business Council in which the trade group spent more than $84,000 and involved at least three other lawmakers, data from LegiStorm show.
Qatar is an Islamic terrorist state whose royal family had ties to the 9/11 mastermind and to Hamas.
Is Swalwell cheating on Qatar with China, after cheating on America with China? He wouldn’t be alone. Qatar bought up a nice chunk of D.C. and every time you see another sob story about Jamal Khashoggi, a Qatari lobbyist, you’re seeing Qatari propaganda and money in action.
Qatar and China agree on the basics. They both hate America and want to destroy it. They signed one of those strategic cooperation agreements that don’t really mean much, but keep their opponents off-balance, earlier this year. All of this would not be too much of a problem if Swalwell had just confined himself to his role on the Ad Hoc Committee for Irish Affairs, Anti-Bullying Caucus, Congressional Dyslexia Caucus, India Caucus, the Soccer Caucus, and whatever other made-up nonsense D.C. politicians do to keep themselves busy.
But Swalwell also sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, chairs a subcommittee, and a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security despite being a walking talking security risk.
