At this time this is just an anonymous source, however, Jack Posobiec is certainly reliable. It is important to note that this article is not saying that Joe Biden will kneel or plans on kneeling. Posobiec’s reporting only goes as far as to say that senior aides in the Biden campaign are considering it as a way to show solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.
Now, if we remember back to the DNC Convention the Democrats promoted kneeling:

We will see what happens. Kneeling for the National Anthem during a Presidential debate would be an unprecedented move. Kneeling will certainly give him a lot of praise from the Mainstream Press and Hollywood but would turn off Middle America.
