Sixty-eight percent of Americans want Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, according to a new TIPP poll.
The online survey asked the question: “President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and President Biden’s brother, James Biden, are allegedly under federal investigation for tax and financial matters. Do you agree or disagree that Attorney General Merrick Garland should appoint a special counsel to manage their cases independently of the Biden administration?”
Here are the results, released Tuesday
42% agreed strongly.
26% agreed somewhat.
7% disagreed somewhat.
6% disagreed strongly.
18% were uncertain.
