Looks like even Democrats knew the truth.Â
Lis Smith, a campaign advisor for Pete Buttigieg, called Christine Blasey Ford “looney tunes and the height of Me Too overreach.”
While former presidential candidate and current Sec. of Transportation Pete Buttigieg was publicly supportive of Christine Blasey Ford, his campaign advisor Lis Smith was calling her "looney tunes and the height of Me Too overreach" in a text exchange with Cuomo admin officials. https://t.co/yEBqB1hUfR pic.twitter.com/FkP83MWTAp

Here is the text:
During the time that Smith was serving as a senior adviser and communications specialist on the Buttigieg campaign, the candidate voiced full-throated messages of support for Ford including one from 2019 that read, “Dr. Christine Blasey Ford is a profile in courage. One year later, I still believe her.”
Smith reportedly worked on Cuomo’s 2018 campaign and was in communication with Cuomo allies and insiders as the politician’s career unraveled during the spring and summer of this year amid allegations of allegations of sexual harrassment.
Furthermore, the texts reveal that Smith was evidently helping to work the media as accusations mounted against the now-former governor.
