China is using its money to buy favor among countries in Africa.
They recently spent $160 million buying the Zimbabwe parliament a new complex – they have done over 180 similar projects in other countries in Africa.

“Beware of Greeks bearing gifts”
CHINA has been gifting palaces to African countries all over the continent—flattering leaders, extracting resources, shoddily built and bugged for surveillance.
They have been playing a VERY different long game than the US + allies
Meanwhile, American elites are doing nothing to take on China.
