Lockdowns obviously hurt the economy.
So why would Klain send out this tweet?
It seems to me this is another sign the Biden administration is going to push even more severe lockdowns than we have already seen from them.
They know Americans will not deal with more lockdowns but want to push them on them anyway.
That is why they are beginning the pro-lockdown propaganda.
