Biden Admin Pledges $308M In Humanitarian Aid For Afghanistan–After Leaving Billions In US Equipment Behind

The Biden administration is now pledging $308 million in humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. 

They are also pledging 4.3 million doses of the COVID vaccine.

This comes after the Biden administration left billions of dollars in US equipment in Afghanistan.

In a fact-check attacking Republicans even The Washington Post was forced to admit this:

But the value of the equipment is not more than $80 billion. That’s the figure for all of the money spent on training and sustaining the Afghan military over 20 years. The equipment portion of that total is at most $24 billion — certainly not small change — but the actual value of the equipment in the Taliban’s hands is probably much less than even that amount.
