WSJ: Trump allies looking into buying OAN

According to an exclusive report from The Wall Street Journal, Trump allies are looking into buying One America News, also known as OAN.

The Wrap:

Allies of President Trump are seeking a buyout of One America News Network, a conservative cable news channel, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The Journal reported on Friday that Hicks Equity Partners, an investment firm owned by the family of Republican National Committee chairman Thomas Hicks Jr., is courting other GOP donors to buy out OANN’s parent company, Herring Networks Inc. The Journal said the deal is valued at $250 million.

I was wondering when allies of President Trump would look into buying a media company. President Trump has been one of the biggest critics of the Media, including Fox News so it doesn’t shock me that his allies would want to create a news organization that will push real narratives.
