Both Alabama and Georgia have passed two major pieces of abortion legislation.
Alabama:

Now, these bills are great on there own. Both bills are doing more to curtail the baby killing industry that is Abortion then anything else across the country.
However, the purpose of these bills have a much deeper purpose. These bills are likely going to be a direct threat to Roe v Wade.
Now, I’m not a legal scholar so I’m not going to give you a legal breakdown of whether I think these two bills will overturn Roe v Wade. What I will give you is articles from people who do study these things so that you can read for yourself and find out whether these bills should be used to challenge Roe v Wade.

There is no question that we are walking a fine line with the challenge of Roe. Public opinion is heading in our direction but a major defeat could stall the momentum.
