The number of Jobs created is not clear due to a major discrepancy between the ADP and BLS.
BLS claimed only 20,000 jobs were created:
The economy added 186,000 jobs on average each of the past 3 months, but only 20,000 in February, the 101st straight month of job growth. Statistical noise or evidence of a slowdown? It is not immediately clear.

Unemployment fell, however, to 3.8%.

However, the ADL report found a much different story:

This has happened before where the BLS jobs report showed a sudden one month collapse, only to completely recover the next month. No idea why this statistical anomaly takes place.

It is unclear what report is correct but we will keep our eyes out to see if any major corrections come out. The Mainstream Media will likely only cover the BLS report because it will look bad for Donald Trump.
Here is the difference between the BLS and ADP:
The Labor Department’s report, out on the first Friday of every month, is considered the “official” jobs report. … ADP releases its report two days before the BLS’ (except when there are holidays like this July 4 week) and relies on its clients’ actual payroll data to estimate a count of private-sector job gains.
