According to News reports Congolese migrants were seen with rolls of $100 dollars bills and directions that basically say ICE is the enemy and not your friend.

The main question here is who exactly is behind this. These alien groups are clearly being organized by someone. Not only is there rolls of $100 bills in the hands of these migrants but there is also directions in French basically laying out that ICE is the enemy. Someone is organizing large swaths of migrants to continue to make their way to the US and further worsen our Border Crisis.
