She later tweeted it was a joke:

The real point of this was the fact it got 40,000 likes. The fact that people thought this was such a great thing has shown us that the abortion debate is becoming even more radical. Abortion is no longer some somber thing that the left views as a necessity. Abortion is now a great thing and something that should be praised.
