During his interview with Newsmax Trump was asked for his thoughts on the Derek Chauvin trial.
Trump called what happened to George Floyd a terrible thing and mentioned how damaging and horrible he felt the video of George Floyd’s death was multiple times.
Trump did not defend Derek Chauvin but he did say that he thought jurors were threatened.
He called it an all-around bad situation.
