According to Paul Sperry, Kremlin-tied officials reached out to Hillary Clinton’s campaign but Robert Mueller decided he wasn’t going to investigate it.

This is beyond a bombshell. Due to the fact the entire Russia investigation has been proven to be a setup, it would be interesting to see if any Kremlin-linked individuals had a hand in it.
The more we learn about Robert Mueller the more we realize just how much of a hit job this investigation was.
