According to Andrew Pollack, father of Parkland Victim Heather Pollack the Parkland Shooter Nicolas Cruz was still registered to vote for the 2018 midterms.

It seems the reason for this is because he is yet to be convicted.
Pre-trial detainees still have their civil rights intact.

This came to the forefront after the election results from Broward County have come under scrutiny. Broward County has missed every deadline under Florida Law and is unable to tell basic information regarding how many votes were cast and how many are left to be counted.
A signed affidavit claims election officials in Broward were filling in Blank Ballots.
