Of course as usual the left completely misses the point of the entire article. The point Jake Tapper is making is a simple one. Barrack Obama is responsible for the Democrats party weak point. During his time as President the Democrats lost over 1000 seats and then lost the Presidency in 2016. After destroying the party Obama has done little to rectify the destruction he caused it.
Also, I refuse to comment on the race aspect of some of these tweets. The fact someone could look at this tweet from Tapper and make it into something having to do with racism is beyond comprehension.
